Xtreme Fastpitch began when Steve Williams and Mark Smith first fielded an amateur team to compete in 12 and under girls fastpitch softball for the 2003 season. Since then, we have grown to include teams playing in 10U through 18U age divisions.
Our first national exposure came in 2005 when our 14U team competed in the United States Fastpitch Association (USFA) World Series in Panama City, FL. In 2006, three teams competed in the USSSA World Series in Kansas City, KS (12U) Hutchinson, KS (14U) and Columbus, IN (16U). In 2007, three teams again competed at the national level; USSSA World Series in Hutchinson, KS (14U), Shawnee, KS (16U) and the American Fastpitch Association National Tournament in Broken Arrow, OK (16U). In 2008, a new 10U team competed in local league and tournaments and other teams finished the season with North American Fastpitch Association National Tournaments in Broken Arrow, OK (16U) and Florrisant, MO (18U). During the 2009 season, our 12U team competed in league and tournaments qualifying for the Independant Fastpitch Association (IFA) national tournament. Our 18U team competed in two leagues and numerous tournaments with multiple national berths competing in the USFA World Series in Panama City, FL. In 2010, we fielded a talented 18U team that competed in league and numerous tournaments qualifying for USSSA and USFA national tournaments. Our 18U team competed with a best ever 2nd place finish in the USFA World Series in Panama City, FL! Our 2011 14U team qualified for both USSSA and USFA World Series. The team competed in Panama City, FL finishing 24th out of 48 teams. In 2012, our 14U team once again qualified for both USSSA and USFA World Series tournaments. We competed in the USFA World Series in Panama City, FL where rain unfortunately shortened our schedule.
